A New Home for Christmas – Apalachee Nears Completion
At the end of a project of this magnitude, it can feel like it will just never end. The decks need to be finished, the windows need to be washed, mirrors hung, shower doors installed, occupancy permits signed, tools and materials moved out, beds and blankets moved in, and of course, the true sign of a construction site becoming a home – the orange fencing removed!
To talk to Peter and you’d think it was just a bit of weekend homework to finish up. This man can multi-task like no other. I’m always awe-struck at the end of a custom build. The punch list is a mile long and then all the sudden, it’s done! It’s a finished house, never before lived in. It’s magical and quiet and new.
Apalachee is aaalmost there. Check out this beauty. Soon to be unwrapped!
