1906 Apalachee Drive
Completed in December 2024, this 2,850 square foot contemporary home replaces a 1970 tear-down. From demolition to finish, we’re proud to showcase Peter’s latest accomplishment. Final photos are coming soon!

In 2018 Peter heard Hawai’i calling. He traded the mountains for the jungle and built a 3/2 on an acre of lava that would take advantage of the open country and the trade winds.

In 2014 the team embarked on a 3,300 square foot home set on an up-sloping lot in Montgomery Estates. The result was an impressive residence that sold before it was even finished.
